Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Carriers

At DermaJEM, we primarily ship via UPS, though we may occasionally use FedEx, DHL, or USPS depending on the nature of the order or shipping location. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee upon request.

Processing Times

  • Standard equipment in stock ships within 5–7 business days.

  • Out-of-stock items may require 2–4 weeks for processing.

  • Major or custom-manufactured equipment may take 8–12 weeks for production and shipment.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • All orders, including accessories or replacement parts, are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.

  • International orders (currently available to Canada) may take 10–14 business days, depending on destination.

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • PO Boxes (not recommended)

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Canada (international)

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent automatically via email from shipping@dermajem.com. Please monitor your inbox for delivery updates.

Delivery Signatures & Lost/Damaged Items

  • All equipment shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contents and contact us immediately.

  • We will assist with carrier claims and help resolve the issue quickly, including offering replacements if appropriate.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us immediately by phone. We may not be able to make changes once the order has been shipped.

Backorders & Pre-Orders

  • If your order includes a backordered or pre-ordered item, we will typically ship the entire order once all items are available, unless you request a split shipment.

  • Any backorder or pre-order status will be clearly stated on the product page.

Fraud Protection & Address Policy

We do not restrict shipping to the billing address only, as many customers prefer alternate delivery locations. However, all orders are subject to payment verification prior to shipment for fraud protection.
